The apartment has brand new furniture. It is located in the first floor and has 2 bedrooms (1 Master-bedroom 1 bedroom with 3 beds, one of the is a bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen, 1BR; a spacious cosy living room. Washer and dryer. Cleaning service included – as well as towels and linens.. Conveniently located with easy access to Kaiserslautern and Ramstein Military Community, for example only 4 km to Rhine Ordonance Barracks (ROB) and Vogelweh.

About us

We provide upscale lodging for military members, contractors, civil servants, DoD’s school teachers and anyone else who finds themselves serving or visiting the Ramstein, Landstuhl, Kaiserslautern (KMC) area to include ROB, Sembach, Miesau Vogelweh, Kleber, Daenner, Pulaski and Panzer Casernes.
Stayed for 13 days with my wife and with our small chihuahua. Michael was very accommodating. Easy to deal with… the place is very nice, clean and quite. Close to downtown and Kaufland is just a cross the street if you need some last minute groceries. I highly recommend this place.

With the exception of the bellhop not taking my luggage up to the penthouse on Leiperzigstrasse’ It was 1st.class, experience, from roomy living and sleeping areas to well stocked supplies, phone to the states, or local AND, a newer car to get around . Michael, and Elio,,make you feel right at home. Great job guys.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. My apartment had up to date appliances and a nice modern, at home feel to it. Elio was always very kind and patient when assisting me with my needs. Highly recommend using them for any TLA needs.
