There is a lift. 2 bedrooms (1 Master-bedroom with smart-TV and 1 bedroom with 3 beds), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower) and a very cosy living room with satellite-TV. Washer and dryer. Cleaning service included – as well as towels and linens

Walk downtown to the shops, bars and restaurants! TDY / TLA apartment conveniently located with easy access to Kaiserslautern and Ramstein Military Community (Panzer Kasern, Vogelweh, ROB, Sembach, Kleber, Pulaski, Ramstein Airbase)  and also downtown directly. Kaufland-grocery-store is just 200m away, as well as a pharmacy, bakery and hair salon. Kaiserslautern downtown Shopping-Mall ‘K in Lautern’ is within easy walking distance.

About us

We provide upscale lodging for military members, contractors, civil servants, DoD’s school teachers and anyone else who finds themselves serving or visiting the Ramstein, Landstuhl, Kaiserslautern (KMC) area to include ROB, Sembach, Miesau Vogelweh, Kleber, Daenner, Pulaski and Panzer Casernes.
Stayed for 13 days with my wife and with our small chihuahua. Michael was very accommodating. Easy to deal with… the place is very nice, clean and quite. Close to downtown and Kaufland is just a cross the street if you need some last minute groceries. I highly recommend this place.

With the exception of the bellhop not taking my luggage up to the penthouse on Leiperzigstrasse’ It was 1st.class, experience, from roomy living and sleeping areas to well stocked supplies, phone to the states, or local AND, a newer car to get around . Michael, and Elio,,make you feel right at home. Great job guys.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. My apartment had up to date appliances and a nice modern, at home feel to it. Elio was always very kind and patient when assisting me with my needs. Highly recommend using them for any TLA needs.
